Cancer is a very dangerous disease. There are different types of cancer including throat cancer, blood cancer, liver cancer, heart cancer etc. Cancer treatment is not only too much expensive rather it is also very difficult if disease reaches its upper stages. Tea is one of the most ancient and popular beverages consumed around the world. Tea has long been identified as an antioxidant by experimental test. Some researches comparing tea drinkers to non-tea drinkers agree that drinking tea prevents cancer; others do not.

There is no evidence that green tea, black or white tea can cure cancer. But there are some herbal mixtures and mushrooms that are believed to help some people to actually beat cancer.  Chaga tea has been used to treat various diseases such as ulcers, cancer, diabetes, gastritis etc, boost energy, improve the immune system, help digestion.

Green tea is known for its many health benefits. It is a drink made from the dried leaves of the Asian plant Camellia sinesis. Green tea reduces the risk of breast cancer. Green tea may decrease prostate cancer risk but might have limited benefits for liver cancer.

Tea contains polyphenol compounds, particularly catechins, which are antioxidants and whose biological activities may be relevant to cancer prevention.
